Junior Software developer - MATLAB and SIMULINK skills require for international Company . Design/ development hub in Cape Town. Software Engineer required to do Data analytics and Algorithm designs . Will obtain skills in Machine Control Systems Design / Software engineering aspects in the Automotive engineering field.

Jnr Software Engineer - Algorithm Design

Cape Town 

International company. South African design hub. Software developer require to do software development. Engineer with passion for simulation and algorithm designs 

Qualification:

  • B.Tech or B Eng. Degree in Mechatronic / Electronic Engineering
  • Willing to travel overseas for variable periods
  • 1 + Years working experience

Experience Required:

  • Experience with MATLAB/SIMULINK model based software development
  • Experience with software development for functional safety
  • Simulink system simulations 

Responsibilities:

  • Matlab/Simulink software development for embedded controllers used in the automotive environment
  • Under guidance of the Lead Software Engineer, be responsible for the documentation, verification and testing of embedded software
  • Responsible for the generation of system plant models and simulations using Matlab/Simulink
  • Control software development and optimization
  • Be involved in data analytics and evaluation of field measurements
  • Generation and maintenance of software tools for analysis and data processing in the Matlab/Simulink environment
